CANCELLATION POLICY Day spa and medical packages require our technicians to block out a substantial amount of time. No shows and late arrivals cause an unnecessary disruption of our day and can make our professionals late for other appointments. We therefore consider the following policy fair. Day spa and medical services require a credit card or cash deposit of 50% when the appointment is made. You will be charged 50% of services scheduled if not cancelled 24 hours in advance. We will try to accomodate late arrivals, but cannot be held liable if we must cancel or reschedule part of your package. Thank you for your understanding. All day spa services, with the exception of hair services and medically recommended massage, are subject to Ohio state sales tax.
